Hummels: The best coach in his career is Klopp, the best opponent is Messi, and the best teammate Neuer

At 23:30 tonight, Dortmund will play a friendly match with Juventus. This game will be the farewell battle for 36-year-old Hummels. Before the game, Photo News interviewed Hummels and asked about his career's best coach, best opponent and best teammate.

—Three quick questions about your career. Who is your best coach?

Hummels: Jurgen Klopp. The stage he started at Dortmund was the best thing any player could have encountered at the time, or it could be said that it was the case throughout their careers.

--Your best opponent?

Hummels: Lionel Messi.

--Your best teammate?

Hummels: Of course I have had incredible teammates. Marco Reus, Ilkay Gundogan, Robert Lewandowski, and dozens of other world-class players. But if one really has to be chosen, it is Manuel Neuer. To me, he is the best goalkeeper on Earth ever. And I think his contribution to the many championships his team has won is still underestimated.
