RMC: Nasser talks with Antonella and presents Beckham Paris memorial jersey
RMC Sports reported that Paris President Nasser talked to Messi's wife Antonella during the team's game with Miami International and presented a jersey to Miami International owner Beckham.
In the early morning of this morning in Paris, Nasser reunited with several old friends. After arriving at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Nasser immediately went to the box to watch the game, and met Maxwell, Mario Jepez and Pastore on the way.
When Nasser sat down to watch the Club World Cup match later, he noticed that the box next door was where the Messi family was. The Paris president had a conversation with Messi's wife Antonella for about five minutes. After a brief greeting, Nasser sat side by side with FIFA second-in-commander Mattias Grafström, and was amazed at the Georgia stadium's 20 degrees Celsius control system. The players and staff were also impressed by the perfect viewing experience of this forward-looking modern venue. Paris General Manager Victoriano Melero has previously visited major stadiums in the United States to draw inspiration.
After the game, Nasser met Beckham, the Miami International co-owner who had just been named by King Charles III of England in the player channel. When the two took a photo, the English celebrity received a UEFA Champions League star commemorative jersey with the words "Sir Beckham" printed on it.
Then Nasser hugged the players one by one in the locker room as usual. Although he did not give a long speech, he gave the whole team a usual motivation. Paris management believes that like the French Super Cup journey, such team building activities can effectively enhance team cohesion.
Before leaving, Nasser presented the honorary trophy to Balcola, who had reached the club's 100 games, but did not meet with Messi. However, Messi had an exchange with Dembele, Donaruma and Enrique, and Nasser left Atlanta that night to continue his trip across the United States.
