Barkley believes that the Denver Nuggets and Houston Rockets may be the best teams in the offseason (referrals).

In the offseason, the Nuggets traded with Cameron Johnson, and also introduced Hardaway Jr., Valan, Bruce Brown, etc.

The Rockets traded with Durant, and also introduced Finney Smith, Capela, and Okogie, renewing Jabarri Smith, Van Vreet and Adams.
