According to Nuggets reporter Bennett Durando, the Nuggets will send last year's No. 22 pick De'Aaron Holmes to the G League affiliate team Grand Rapids.
Holmes told reporters that the team did not want to rush him.
Holmes missed last season due to a torn Achilles tendon. In the preseason this year, he averaged only 2.6 points and 1.6 rebounds per game.
