Today, Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard was interviewed by the media and talked about his relationship with team general manager Joe Cronin.

Lillard said: "In the end, there were a lot of misunderstandings and miscommunications between us. When this happened, the relationship was hurt. Joe and I never sat down to talk about it. We let it go and let the problem hang. That was a mistake."
