Anthony Gordon: Walter Mader plays like Kane and likes to drop deep and organize

Newcastle striker Anthony Gordon was interviewed a few days ago and talked about Walter Mad.

Gordon said: "I think Walter Mad and Kane do play very similar football styles, and to some extent they almost want to be the role of quarterback in football, they want to pull back and get involved in organizational creation, not just finishing the shot like a typical forward."

"Kane has had a great number of assists over the past few years and throughout his career, and personally, I think it helps me because my style is suitable for working with that type of forward because I can run around them."

"If the defensive player wants to come forward and get stuck with them, I can get forward from behind them, so I think it's very positive for me and I really enjoy working with Walter Mad."
