At the pre-match press conference for Ecuador's friendly match against Mexico, Ecuador coach Sebastian Becaches confirmed that Milan left back Estupinian has recovered from injury.

Estupinian suffered an ankle problem in Ecuador's previous friendly match against the United States and was replaced at halftime, but he is now fine.

The Ecuadorian coach said: "Estupinian is in good condition now, really good. We can let him play, and he is in good physical condition now."
