Per-Physical: Valencia gains more salary space by selling new stadium tertiary land

According to "Every Sport", Valencia continues to face difficulties in registering players, and Valencia has had to obtain more financial fair competition quotas through its tertiary industry income commitment at the New Mestalia Stadium.

In the first round of the league, several players have failed to play due to registration issues. The deadline for player registration is September 1, and clubs are stepping up their efforts to resolve the issue. Valencia seems to have found a solution similar to Barcelona, but has no obstacles.

According to Radio Spain, Valencia has obtained more financial fair competition quotas this summer through its tertiary industry income commitments at the Nova Mestalia Stadium. This mechanism has been recognized by La Liga and provided corresponding document support, providing Valencia with greater operational space in the summer transfer market.

On May 29, 2024, Valencia reached an agreement with Atitlan Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (a subsidiary of Atitlan Group) to sell the tertiary industrial land around the New Mestalia Stadium on the Valencia Parliament Avenue, which will be carried out by Área Desarrollo (a subsidiary of Simetría Group).

In addition, the media reported a few weeks ago that the Valencia club led by Kiat Lim has received additional financing of 25 million to 30 million euros to alleviate its funding problems at the start of the 2025/26 season. The funds make signings for some players possible, and the club is also working hard to bring in two to three new players.
